If I had to choose the Apex vs Constellation for an identical itinerary, I probably wouldn’t choose the Constellation. I just found the food to be average and underwhelming and sometimes downright strange. Some dishes we had to send back because they were cold and others didn’t arrive prepared correctly. This is only a real concern when it comes to people with food allergies. I felt like even though we were asked every night about food allergies (which I have), the notes never made it to the kitchen.
